"Voice of Lithuania. Children" third season chose the winner - ten thousand euros went to the finalist of Mantas team Džiugas

Tonight on LNK TV, the big "Voice of Lithuania. Children" third season finale. Džiugas, Aistė, Amelia, Dominyka, Atėnė and Leja put on a spectacular show, which was considered by the teachers to be of international world-class standard. The children were given advice by their music benchmarks before they went on stage: Andrius Mamontovas, The Roop, Jauti, Jurga Šeidukytė, Monika Liu and Ieva Narkutė. Karolina Meschino also returned to the project especially for the final, and throughout the show she interacted with the finalists and their families.

The winner of the evening was decided by a live vote of the TV audience. In the first round, the viewers chose the three super finalists - Atėnė, the finalist of Monique's team with the most votes from Lithuania, Džiugas, the finalist of Manto's team, and Amelia, the finalist of Donatas' team.

The interim results were reviewed and the three super finalists were announced live from the LNK vote counting studio, where the results were awaited by the project hosts, teachers and all six finalists. After the announcement of the three super finalists, the voting was restarted and the three children appeared on stage again. In fact, all six super finalists' performances were filmed in advance and only the three voted the best by the audience themselves in a live vote were shown on air.

After the second round of voting, the viewers decided that the winner of the third season was 14-year-old Džiugas. In the final, Džiugas gave an exceptional and very colourful performance with The Roop's song "Discoteque", showing his choreographic skills. In the super final, he performed Khalid's "Youth".

"Congratulations to Džiugas for his well-deserved win in the "Voice of Lithuania. Children" Season 3 winner trophy. I wish to make the connection with the listener a lasting one. I have a feeling that this moment is significant - Lithuania has a new very promising star of the music scene and screen", - says Gediminas Jaunius, the chief producer of the Creative House ELITAZ, which has been implementing The Voice franchise in Lithuania for 8 years, about the winner.

After the announcement of the winner, Džiugas was not surprised that he had not beaten Athene, the finalist of Monique's team, who had been the leader throughout the show, in the voting when looking at the interim results.

"I really didn't expect it. I came to the project just to have fun and make friends, and I took it and won. What?! Thank you so much to everyone who supported me, who wrote nice messages. I will never forget you. Thank you to my family, my fans, my friends. It was an invaluable experience. I have made many new friends. I am also grateful to Mantas, because what I got from him I will not get anywhere else in ten years. I will definitely invest my prize money in my future - studies and music. I won't spend it right away, I will save it, but all the viewers will be waiting for my good works and my good songs", said the guy after his victory.

Mantas Jankavičius did not hide his infinite joy either, and in his excitement after the announcement of the winner he even forgot to hand over the project trophy to the winner - he did it immediately after the airing of the show, "Lietuvos balsas. Children" on Facebook during the live broadcast.

"It's amazing that Jug has won. The very first meeting between us was the crucial moment when I finally believed that guys can have very serious propositions for girls, because they usually dominate the projects. Next season I am looking forward to seeing all the dudes in our project and if you want to win, join my team. Of course, if someone accepts me here next season," Mantas laughed.
