  1. What does this Privacy Policy mean?

This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") Privacy Policy), we would like to provide you with information on how ELITAZ Grupė UAB (hereinafter - Company), process your personal data received from: when selecting employees; when the Company carries out direct marketing; when dealing with requests, feedback, complaints; when organising lotteries and games; when you are active on the Company's social media accounts; when selecting project participants; when coordinating the execution of contracts of project participants; when concluding and executing contracts with freelance workers; when executing contracts between the Company and its legal entity contractors; when ensuring the protection and continuity of business; when visiting the Company's website www.elitaz.lt (hereinafter referred to as - Website); to promote the Company's visibility and to inform the public; and to comply with statutory obligations relating to the organisation of the Company's activities. All the following persons whose data is processed by the Company are referred to below as - Data subjects.

ELITAZ Grupė, UAB, code 302932166, registered office at Smolensko g. 10-85, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania, data about the Company shall be collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania.   1. What is personal data?

Personal Data is any information collected by the Company about a Data Subject that can be used to identify the Data Subject and is stored electronically or otherwise.

Personal Data includes any information, including the name, surname, address, image of the Data Subject, which the Company collects about Data Subjects for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or in the Data Subject's individual consent or agreement with the Company.

  1. Participation in job selections

We collect and process your CV (name, surname, photo, education, abilities, personal qualities, work experience, other information specified in the CV), date of birth; residential address, personal contact telephone number and e-mail address and/or other information you provide for the purpose of participation in the selection process for the purpose of conducting the job selection on the basis of the consent you give to the Company by sending us your CV and/or cover letter. If you do not submit your CV and/or cover letter, we will not be able to assess your suitability for the position offered.

In the event that you do not express your individual consent to the processing of your personal data after the end of the selection process, we undertake to delete and/or destroy your personal data within 5 working days after the successful candidate has been awarded a contract of employment or services.

On the basis of your consent, we will keep the data for the period specified in the consent. In order to provide you with a job offer that best suits your experience and expectations, the personal data you provide may be transferred to partners of ELITAZ Grupė UAB (Kūrybos namai ELITAZ).

  1. Direct marketing

We will send offers for the sale of the Company's goods and/or services, newsletters and other promotional material, as well as information about the Company's news, by electronic means (e-mail, telephone, SMS) to persons aged 14 years or older who have provided their contact details and have expressed an interest in receiving information about the Company's products and/or services and the selections made.

For the purpose of direct marketing, the Company will process the following personal data: telephone number, e-mail address (mandatory data without which we will not be able to send you direct marketing communications). Your data will be processed for the purpose of direct marketing for a period of 3 years from the date of your consent.

If you have purchased the Company's services and you have not objected to receiving direct marketing communications from the Company (we will send you communications by email on the basis of our legitimate interest in relation to goods or services that are similar to the services or goods you are purchasing. In this case, your data will be processed for direct marketing purposes for 1 year after the last purchase of the goods or services.

You have the right to object or opt-out of receiving direct marketing communications at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

  1. Participation in lotteries and games

On the basis of your consent, we will process your personal data for the purposes of organising lotteries and games. For this purpose, depending on the lottery announced, we will process the following personal data: photo and/or video, name, surname, social network account name, email address, telephone number and, in the case of the winner, the address of the place of residence. If you do not provide your email or phone number, we will not be able to identify you or contact you if you win.

Your data will be processed for this purpose until the prize is announced and for the winner for 10 years after the announcement and handover of the prize.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

  1. Selection of project participants

If you take part in the selection of project participants, we will process the data you provide in the participant form, such as your name, surname, email address, etc., on the basis of your consent, for the purpose of selecting you to take part in the project (or, with your consent, in future projects). Your name, email address, telephone number, participant number, telephone number of a family member/friend, marital status, information relating to the reasons for your participation in the selection process, your activities and occupations, hobbies, other personal information about your life and character as provided in the first interview questionnaire or in other questionnaires, your image and voice recording (photo or video material).

If you do not provide the above data, we will not be able to determine your eligibility for the project, but you may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us at the email address specified in this Privacy Policy.

We keep the data of the selected participants for 5 years after the end of the project, unless otherwise stated in the project-specific information. If you are not selected to participate in the relevant project, your data will be destroyed at the end of the project, unless you consent to your data being kept for 5 years after the end of the project for the purpose of offering you participation in future projects.

Your data will be passed on to project partners, producers, owners of project formats, broadcasters such as TV and radio. Your personal data may also be transferred to third parties under the conditions specified in your consent in order to fulfil the contractual obligations of the project organisers or promoters to the owners of the project format. The recipients of your data are responsible for informing you about the processing of your personal data.

  1. Coordination of the execution of contracts between project participants

If you, as a project participant, enter into a contract with our partner, we will coordinate the performance of the contract and process on the basis of our legitimate interest (to ensure the fulfilment of our obligations under business contracts) the following personal data: name, surname, date of birth, address, telephone, email address, correspondence, video material, photo material, voice recordings, other information obtained in the performance of the contract concluded between you and the partner. We will receive your data from the partner or directly from you.

For this purpose, your personal data will be processed for 10 years from the date of termination of the contract or relationship.

  1. Drawing up and implementing freelance contracts

 If you provide services to us as a natural person on the basis of the conclusion and performance of a contract with you, for the purpose of the proper performance of the contract, we will process the following personal data about you: name, surname, address, date of birth, terms of the contract, bank account, telephone number, email address, personal identification number, VAT invoice details, time spent on the provision of services.

Your data will be kept for 10 years from the date of termination of the contract.

  1. Execution of the company's contracts with legal counterparties

In order to ensure its legitimate interest in the performance of the Company's contracts concluded with legal entities, the Company processes personal data of the employees of these persons, i.e. name, surname, position, e-mail address, telephone number, content of correspondence. This data shall be kept for 10 years after the end of the contract or customer relationship.

  1. Protecting confidential company information and business continuity

In its legitimate interest to ensure the protection of the Company's confidential information and the continuity of the Company's business, the Company may review the correspondence of its employees with contractors. For these purposes, the Company processes the following data: e-mail address, content of information contained in the electronic work tools of the Company's employees. Such data shall be retained for 10 years from the date of termination of the contract or customer relationship.

  1. Promoting corporate awareness and informing the public

On the basis of your consent, for the purposes of promoting the Company's visibility and informing the public (posting data on the Company's social network accounts, the Website), your photographs and/or video material, including but not limited to material from Company-organised, produced, celebrations, events or broadcasts, your name and the fact of your participation, will be used for the purpose of informing the public about the Company's events and projects to raise the Company's visibility. We promise not to violate your honour and dignity by using such material. Your photographs or videos may be published on the Company's social media accounts, website, radio or television with your consent.

Media representatives may only show your photographs or videos in accordance with the requirements of the law applicable to them, but the Company is not responsible for the actions of media representatives.

The photos will be used for 10 years from the date of consent, except for exceptions allowed by law.

There are several ways you can contact the Company: by phone, by email. We receive, review and respond to all communications ourselves. If you contact us, we may process the data you provide to us, i.e. name, surname, email address, telephone number, date and text of the correspondence.

Such data will be processed in order to answer your questions. If you do not provide your contact details, it will not be possible to contact you.

Correspondence is stored for 1 year from the date of receipt of the message, except for information for which other time limits are specified in the Privacy Policy or in legal acts.

Any personal data you provide when you interact with us is only used for the purposes set out above and to view messages and administer and manage communication flows. We undertake not to use your personal data in any publications in a way that could identify you without your explicit consent.

  1. Processing of data of shareholders (natural persons) and members of management bodies

For the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations, the Company processes the names, surnames, personal identification numbers, residential addresses and dates of appointment of shareholders (natural persons) and members of management bodies. Data on the Company's activities shall be kept for 10 years.

We receive your data from you, your devices, your customers and partners.

The company will provide you with information on the action taken following your request for the exercise of your rights without undue delay, but at the latest within one (1) month of receipt of the request. Depending on the complexity of the request and the number of requests received, the aforementioned time limit may be extended for a further 2 (two) months.
