The twelfth season of the Voice of Lithuania project, which started on LNK in September, attracted the whole of Lithuania to the TV screens from the very beginning - the fifth teacher of the project, Free Finga, who was carefully hidden during the blind auditions, became the biggest surprise of the season, which even the teachers did not know about.
While the best voices in the country continue to fight for places in the teachers' teams on TV, the project has already filmed duels, knockouts and cross-fights in early October.
The large audience in Klaipėda's Švyturys Arena was the first to see all five of this season's music stars in the teachers' chairs and to watch them fight for places in the Grand Final. But the teachers of the project also had more surprises in store for the audience - they created unheard of duets with other music stars in the filming of the "knockouts".
"We came back to Klaipėda with new energy, which the Švyturys Arena was full of. This year, Klaipėda was in for a special music battle, which we were ready to spice up with exceptional surprises. For those who gathered to watch the live footage, it was very interesting to be the first to see the dynamics of all five teachers. They were joined for the first time by Free Finga, who had been gathering his team in a separate secret room. All the teachers have been working together with their team members for months to ensure that every performance on stage is worthy of the big stage of The Voice. This year's Battle Show was spiced up with musical surprises prepared by the teachers themselves - unexpected duets were born on the Voice stage. The opportunity to see some of them live may have come only once in a lifetime," says Gediminas Jaunius, the project's chief producer.
The Švyturys Arena was the venue for the special performances of the year of filming - Jessica Shy and the leader of the band Antis Algirdas Kaušpēdas, Gabrielė Vilkickytė and Gamka, Free Finga and Egidijus Sipavičius, Benas Aleksandravičius and Andrius Mamontovas, while for the first time, Mantas Jankavičius appeared on stage with his son Ben.
More stars visited the filming of the fights - during the knockout stage, the performers who once took their first steps on stage in the Voice of Lithuania project appeared on the project stage. Monika Marija, Nombeko Augustė, Vilius Popendikis, T3 and Gabrielius Vagelis gave their performances to the Klaipėda audience and the whole project. The hosts of the project, Rolandas Mackevičius and Eglė Jurgaitytė, also prepared an exceptional musical opening show.
