On 9 October, the Kėdainiai Arena became not only a place of celebration, but also an oasis of forest magic, where the annual celebration of the State Forest Enterprise took place. This year, the organisation of this great event was entrusted to the House of Creativity ELITAZ, which had a special goal - to show the guests, who know the forests best, the forest as they had never known it before.
The biggest challenge was to convey the beauty of the forest, the change of seasons and the unbroken circle of nature's life, not only through images, but also through sound, dance and technological solutions. This unique experience of the forest was brought to life in the specially created show "In the Rhythm of the Forest", in which more than fifty performers and artists joined forces to help the audience not only see the forest through different eyes, but also feel its deep and extraordinary spirit.
On stage, the participants were enchanted by spectacular performances - from the moving Fresco Choir to the impressive solo numbers performed by Kristina Radžiukynaitė-Kayra, Meidė and Patricija Ruzaitė. The musical experience was complemented by the band T3 and the legendary Šarūnas Mačiulis from the band "Poliarizuoti stiklai", who gave the evening's programme an unforgettable energy and a touch of nostalgia.
The hosts of the evening, Indrė Kavaliauskaitė and Rokas Bernatonis, brought a special magic to the event - not only because of their charisma, but also because of their unexpected illusions, which surprised even the most experienced spectators.
One of the highlights of the event was the "Heart of the Forest" ceremony honouring foresters, which rewarded those who have made the greatest contribution to significant changes in the forest sector.
But that was not the only surprise of the evening - the 1300 guests were treated to an extraordinary musical dessert after the Gala Dinner. The mega stars Jessica Shy and Saulius Prūsaitis ensured that the evening ended on a loud and memorable note, with dancing, music and merriment that lasted until late into the night, forcing guests to get up on their feet and dive into the rhythm of the party.
