On Wednesday evening, Vilnius Twinsbet Arena was transformed into a real creative playground, where the ELITAZ team created a unique and unforgettable 20th anniversary. More than 200 invited guests were treated to a theatrical, musical and humorous celebration that was not only a party but also a unique journey through the world of events.
Behind the scenes: the chaos and comical peculiarities of event organisation
The guests, greeted at the service entrance, were immediately drawn into the backstage preparations for the "big event", where the chaotic and humorous preparations for the Big Show were in full swing - more than twenty actors became part of the team of the organising company "Rengvita - Cheap and Normal". Organisers, stylists, dancers, stagehands and even cleaners embodied the stereotypical but funny characters of the event world, capturing the realities of the chaos of their "everyday life". The photo wall area was no exception: here guests took photos while at the same time the staff was still cleaning up the decorations and involving guests in awkward situations. Confused directors searched for missing performers, the catering team desperately searched for vegan food, and the sound engineers and lighting technicians coordinated light and sound until the last minute. Unexpectedly, the participants of the "Masks" project stepped in between the "behind the scenes" and appeared to mix up the filming days.
A dress rehearsal turned into a celebration
Later, guests were invited to a dress rehearsal, where exceptional musical performances complemented the event. The audience was treated to the singing of the Voice of Lithuania. Kartos" winners - the band T3, as well as the charismatic performer Martynas Kavaliauskas. Despite funny interruptions - from the choreographer's reproaches to the "dilution" of champagne with water and the director's unexpected wishes - the rehearsal became a part of the exceptional celebration.
During the event, the guests were joined by the young performers' managers "Sesės Bendytės", who invited the guests to "secret" performances by this year's "Lietuvos Balso" talents Sidas Gvozdiovas and Patricija Ruzaitė, accompanied by a pianist. The stage, located in the centre of the Twinsbet Arena with a low-slung LED cube and exceptional lighting, allowed guests to experience what real performers feel - an epicentre of creativity and energy.
An evening to remember
The celebration was attended by former and current Arena employees, partners, media representatives and stars of Lithuanian business and entertainment world. Among them were Aras Vėberis, Naglis Bierancas, Indrė Kavaliauskaitė, Paulius Vaitiekūnas, Rimantas Kaukėnas, Gediminas Jaunius, Martynas Tyla, Kšištofas Lavrinovičius, Ramūnas Zilnys, and many others.
