It has been announced that a prominent star is returning to the judges„ panel on “The Voice of Lithuania": this will be his fourth time on the show

The 13th season of the LNK television show „The Voice of Lithuania“ reveals its second coach. Joining AISTÈ, the first coach who has already been announced, is one of the most prominent figures on the Lithuanian music scene—Monika Liu. The singer will return to the legendary red coach’s chair for the fourth time. 

Monika Liu made her debut on „The Voice of Lithuania“ in 2019, during the show’s seventh season. She went on to work on the show for two more seasons, and this year she will be mentoring contestants for the fourth time. 

„I’ve really, really missed this format. And now is the perfect time for me to return, having fulfilled my musical dreams. Successful arena concerts with a symphony orchestra performing my music—I feel like I’ve achieved a major musical goal and have grown as a person. That’s why I’m even more determined to help young performers who are just starting out, who are burning with passion for their dreams, for whom this is just the beginning. “I want to inspire, help, and support young performers, young singers, and young creators,” says Monika Liu. 

This season, the singer says she will be looking not only for strong voices, but also for true musicians. 

„I won’t just be looking for singers. On *The Voice of Lithuania*, I’ll be looking for singers who are also musicians—people who don’t take the easy way out. I know that I can be their strongest supporter, both through my experience and with all my heart. I’ll be even better, I’ll have even more experience, and my heart will be even bigger. I’m really looking forward to meeting these young people,„ she says. 

Ever since she last sat in the judges„ chair on “The Voice of Lithuania,„ Monika Liu has become one of the most prominent and distinctive performers on the Lithuanian music scene. After her memorable performance at Eurovision in 2022, her creative journey gained even more momentum—exceptional concerts, bold creative decisions, and a loyal fan base have once again confirmed that Monika Liu is an artist who isn’t afraid to forge her own path and constantly surprises her audience. Having gained even more stage and creative experience, she returns to “The Voice of Lithuania„ today, ready to share it with a new generation of talent. 

Last week, the show’s producers announced the first coach for the new season—singer and songwriter Aistė Gaižauskaitė, known as AISTĖ. One of the most prominent performers of Lithuania’s new generation will take a seat in the „Lithuanian Voice“ mentor’s chair for the first time. The names of the other two mentors will be revealed shortly. 

Returning to LNK, „The Voice of Lithuania“ is kicking off its thirteenth season and invites new talent to take the stage, which over more than a decade has become the most important platform for musical talent in Lithuania. It was here that such well-known performers as Monika Marija, Gabrielius Vagelis, Paulina Paukštaitytė, Monika Linkytė, Anyanya, and many others began their musical journeys. 

The search for the country’s most talented voices is about to begin—the blind auditions for „The Voice of Lithuania“ will take place on July 15 and 16 at the „Stage Lite“ studio in Vilnius.
